I received a First Class degree in conceptual Visual Communication from Kent Institute of Art and Design
I spent over a year working in London after my degree before relocated to Cornwall.
In 2005 a design I produced won an international competition.
The brief was set by an influential New York designer Stefan Sagmeister to see if design could 'touch someones heart' in the same way a film or book can.
After winning the competition, I spent time in New York being mentored by Stefan.
I am aiming to return there sometime in the future to work in his studio on an internship.
I currently run a freelance design studio from Cornwall.
I strongly believe that design and visual communication are a major way in which we communicate and I am intersted in if we can use this communication for more than commercial messages.
