see the good.
This is a concept to be used in a hospital corridor.
In a large publically funded organisation, like the NHS it is so easy to see the faults in the service. Especially in an atmosphere of illness and pain, it is easy to want to find someone to blame. I wondered if it would be possible to introduce to opposite, could people try and look for something positive in the service - a kind nurse, a comfortable room, a compassionate doctor and tell them so?
How wonderful it would be to arrive at work and be told what you're doing well for a change.
The project asks passers by to leave any message of thanks they may want to pass on to the hospital staff.
I am hoping to get this project running soon in my local hospital to see what responses it provokes.
